My Business
I’m Granger Forson, of Stronger Business Together.
Most of the people I work with have built a decent business, but it feels hectic. Too much going on, too much in their head.
I’m known for helping owners simplify their business, grow their people, and for bringing business owners together in small, confidential roundtables where they share openly, build trust, and hold each other accountable.
The aim is a calmer, more organised business that delivers more focused results, makes more money in a simpler way, and reduces stress.
It usually starts by coming on my podcast, where we work through a real business hurdle together.
Let me give you a real example...
We run a monthly virtual roundtable with six business owners. In one session, we’d just been round the table and everyone had shared a business hurdle and got input from the group.
One of the guys, Stu, runs a growing franchise and a build shop for the equipment he sells. His hurdle was time. He was the centre of everything and just couldn’t see how to manage it all.
As the group talked it through, the realisation was simple but hard. He had to let go and trust his people.
I said to him, ‘Trust your people to fail and learn, just like you did.’ The penny dropped!
The next month he came back and told us it had worked. His team were stepping up, he was working less, and he said four months earlier before he joined, he was burnt out, not sleeping, exhausted.
He actually said the roundtable had saved him.
